Our comprehensive event planning service includes meticulous planning, vendor management, and day-of coordination. We create vision boards, utilize tools, and leverage social media to bring your dream event to life. On the day, we ensure everything runs smoothly, managing setups, schedules, and vendor coordination for a stress-free experience.

Booking a coordinator 2-3 months ahead allows time for vendor and venue setup. For event planners, timing varies (9 months for weddings, 2 months for corporate or birthday events). Complex events require more lead time for adjusting the scope of work.

Choose a coordinator who listens, understands, and connects with your vision. A strong partnership requires mutual understanding and shared goals. If you feel your vision isn’t understood, it may not be the right fit.

We suggest trusted vendors but always seek customer approval before booking. Vendors are vetted through prior work, recommendations, and test runs. Customer preferences are prioritized, whether for suggested or specific vendors/venues.

Yes we can. We have had to think outside of the box during this last year with quarantining and no public events. We use several apps and programs that allow us to work with Zoom, Teams and other streaming platforms like Facebook, Twitch and Instagram. We have created DropBox files with playlists as well as used SoundCloud and Spotify to provide services to our clients.
